Davis Polk partner and Civil Litigation co-head Dana Seshens was quoted in AmLaw Litigation Daily on the 2023 litigation outlook. Dana said, “Given where we are in the economic cycle, we’re now just starting to see the uptick in bankruptcy work and bankruptcy-related litigation. We’ve seen it was very quiet for a while. It’s now starting to ramp up, and I think about two months from now [there] will be much more significant activity levels in bankruptcy-related litigation.”

Litigation has “really skyrocketed,” she said. “And I think, at least as we look six months ahead, we don’t see any change on the horizon.”
