Davis Polk advised a fund affiliated with GSO Capital Partners LP as a the selling stockholder in connection with a $261.6 million SEC-registered public offering of 8,050,000 shares of C&J Energy Services, Inc.’s common stock. Of the 8,050,000 total shares offered, C&J offered 7,050,000 shares, including the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares, and GSO offered 1,000,000 shares. C&J common stock was traded on the NYSE MKT under the ticker “CJ” prior to the offering and has been approved to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “CJ” after the completion of the offering.
