Volcker 2.1: Visual Memo on Proposed Amendments to Volcker Rule Covered Fund Provisions
This visual memorandum describes the proposed amendments to the covered fund provisions of the Volcker Rule regulations issued by the Federal Reserve, FDIC, OCC, SEC and CFTC. To make the analysis more user-friendly, this memorandum incorporates elements of Davis Polk’s flowcharts on the covered fund provisions of the final Volcker Rule regulations adopted in December 2013.
