OCC proposes major revamp of its CSI regulations
The OCC has proposed a major revamp of its confidential supervisory information regulations that would significantly expand the ability of OCC-supervised entities to share information with certain parties without prior OCC approval. In this memo, we summarize key components of the OCC’s proposal and compare it to the FDIC’s recent proposal to revamp its confidential supervisory information regulations.
