Davis Polk partner Ronan Harty and associates Nathan Kiratzis and Anna Kozlowski served as editors of Global Competition Review’s Merger Remedies Guide – Fourth Edition. The team also wrote the “Overview” chapter, which, in addition to providing a detailed overview of each of the parts that make up the book, discusses the effects of COVID-19 on merger remedies and includes an overview of four retrospective studies of merger remedies that have been conducted by antitrust authorities in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom and Canada.
