Davis Polk advised the administrative agent and lenders in connection with a $300 million asset-based revolving credit facility for Vistance Networks Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of Vistance Networks, Inc. The proceeds of the loans will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Vistance Networks is a global provider of infrastructure solutions for communication, data center and entertainment networks.
