We advised Vesta on the offering

Davis Polk advised Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta, S.A.B. de C.V. (Vesta) on its $242.5 million follow-on offering, consisting of an international SEC-registered offering of 1,199,285 ADSs, representing 11,992,850 of its common shares, and a concurrent offering in Mexico of 58,054,784 common shares. The ADSs are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “VTMX.”

Vesta is a fully-integrated, internally managed real estate company that owns, manages, develops and leases industrial properties in Mexico.

The Davis Polk corporate team included partner Maurice Blanco, counsel Drew Glover, and associate Matt Weaver. Associate Rebecca Sattaur provided 1940 Act advice. The tax team included partner Lucy W. Farr, counsel Alon Gurfinkel and associates Yueyu Yang and Michelle Kim.
