We advised Verisk on the investment-grade notes offering
Davis Polk advised Verisk Analytics, Inc. on its SEC-registered offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 4.500% senior notes due 2030 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.125% senior notes due 2036. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC were the joint book-running managers of the offering.
