The fixed-to-fixed-rate investment-grade notes are due 2032

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering by UMB Financial Corporation of $110 million aggregate principal amount of 6.250% fixed-to-fixed-rate subordinated notes due 2032.
