We advised the agent in connection with an amendment

Davis Polk advised the agent in connection with an amendment to the existing first-lien and second-lien credit agreements of Trident Clinical Services Holdings, Inc. and several of its affiliates. The amendments permitted a new superpriority facility which provided for additional liquidity and to fund Trident’s general corporate purposes. In addition, existing lenders were given the opportunity to exchange their existing loans into junior ranking loans under the new superpriority facility with later maturity dates.

Trident is a group of companies providing advanced mobile health diagnostic services across the United States, including full-service laboratory, digital imaging and ultrasound services.

The Davis Polk restructuring team included partner Timothy Graulich, counsel Christian Fischer and associates David Schiff and Michael Pera. All members of the Davis Polk team are based in the New York office.
