Davis Polk advised Toyota Motor Credit Corporation in connection with an SEC-registered offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of floating-rate medium-term notes, Series B due 2025 linked to compounded SOFR, $1.2 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.800% medium-term notes, Series B due 2025, $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.625% medium-term notes, Series B due 2028 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.700% medium-term notes, Series B due 2033.
