Davis Polk is advising the joint lead arrangers, joint bookrunners and administrative agent on an $8 billion 364-day senior unsecured bridge loan facility to be provided to Tapestry, Inc. in connection with its proposed acquisition of Capri Holdings Limited.

Tapestry is a New York-based house of modern luxury lifestyle brands. The company’s portfolio includes Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman.

Capri is a global fashion luxury group consisting of iconic, founder-led brands Versace, Jimmy Choo and Michael Kors.
