We advised SOPHiA GENETICS on the offering

Davis Polk advised SOPHiA GENETICS SA in connection with the approximately $57.5 million follow-on offering of 12,104,900 shares of its ordinary shares, which includes 1,578,900 ordinary shares purchased by the underwriters pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “SOPH.”

It is the creator of SOPHiA DDM, an Ai platform that analyzes complex genomic and multimodal data to generate real-time, real-world insights for a broad global network of hospital, laboratory and biopharma institutions.
