Davis Polk advised the joint bookrunners in connection with a public equity offering by certain investment funds managed by Tarpon Gestora de Recursos Ltda. of 86,154,087 common shares issued by Serena Energia S.A. for an aggregate amount of approximately R$775 million. The common shares trade on the São Paulo Stock Exchange. The securities sold in the international offering were placed under Rule 144A / Regulation S.

With over 2.5 gigawatts in operational renewable installed capacity across seven Brazilian states, together with an additional 265.5 megawatts in the state of Texas in the United States, Serena Energia uses technology to connect its assets with clients of different profiles and thereby offer clean, simple and affordable energy.
