Qualcomm $1.5 billion notes offering
The investment-grade notes are due 2030, 2032 and 2035
Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering by Qualcomm Incorporated of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.500% notes due 2030, $400 million aggregate principal amount of 4.750% notes due 2032 and $600 million aggregate principal amount of 5.000% notes due 2035.
