We advised the underwriters on the offering

Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers and representatives of the several underwriters in connection with a $184 million public offering of 8,000,000 shares of common stock by Kodiak Sciences Inc., which includes 1,043,478 shares from the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “KOD.”

Kodiak is a biopharmaceutical company committed to researching, developing and commercializing transformative therapeutics to treat high prevalence retinal diseases.
