We advised the underwriters on the offering

Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered underwritten offering by Inventiva S.A. of 27,272,727 American depositary shares (ADSs), representing 27,272,727 of its ordinary shares. Inventiva’s ADSs are listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “IVA,” and its ordinary shares are listed on Euronext Paris under the same symbol.

Inventiva is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of oral therapies for the treatment of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis, or MASH.
