The American depository shares are listed on Nasdaq

Davis Polk advised the sales agent in connection with a new SEC-registered at-the-market offering by Inventiva S.A. of its American depositary shares (ADSs) under which Inventiva may sell up to an aggregate amount of $100 million of ADSs. Inventiva’s ADSs are listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “IVA,” and its ordinary shares are listed on Euronext Paris under the same symbol.

Inventiva is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of oral therapies for the treatment of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis, or MASH.
