We advised Horizon Robotics on its placing of existing shares and top-up subscription of new shares

Davis Polk advised Horizon Robotics in connection with its placing of existing shares and top-up subscription of 681,000,000 new shares. The gross proceeds from the placing were approximately HK$4.674 billion ($600 million).
