Haiyang has a deep focus on high-growth and technology-driven sectors, including AI, semiconductors, robotics, optical modules, biomedicine and new consumer businesses. He has extensive experience in capital markets transactions and drafts compelling equity stories for prospectuses, clearly articulating an issuer’s technology moat, business model, growth trajectory and industry opportunity. Haiyang has acted as lead drafting counsel and deal captain on a number of landmark and high-profile transactions, including most recently the initial public offerings of Montage Technology, Xunce and Horizon Robotics.
