Home Depot $2 billion notes offering
The investment-grade notes are due 2028, 2030 and 2035
Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering by The Home Depot, Inc. of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.750% notes due 2028, $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.950% notes due 2030 and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.650% notes due 2035.
The Home Depot is the world’s largest home improvement retailer, with more than 2,353 retail stores, over 800 branches and more than 325 distribution centers that directly fulfill customer orders across all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, 10 Canadian provinces and Mexico.
