Grupo Aeroméxico $275 million IPO
The shares are listed on the NYSE and the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores
Davis Polk is advising the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the $275 million initial public offering of Grupo Aeroméxico, S.A.B. de C.V., consisting of an international SEC-registered offering of 11,727,325 American depositary shares (each ADS representing 10 common shares) at a price of $19 per ADS and concurrent offering in Mexico of 27,463,590 common shares at a price of MX$35.34 per common share. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,171,050 ADSs to cover over-allotments. The offering is expected to close on November 7, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
