FIBRA Macquarie $375 million financing
We advised the joint lead bookrunners, arrangers and sustainability structuring agents on the transaction
Davis Polk advised the joint lead bookrunners, joint lead arrangers and sustainability structuring agents in connection with a financing for HSBC México, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, Grupo Financiero HSBC, División Fiduciaria, solely and exclusively in its capacity as trustee under the irrevocable trust agreement number F/1622 denominated FIBRA Macquarie México. The financing consisted of a $150 million term loan facility and a $225 million revolving credit facility, the proceeds of which will be used to make investments, to refinance indebtedness, for capital expenditures and for general corporate purposes.
FIBRA Macquarie is a Mexican real estate investment trust targeting industrial, retail and office real estate opportunities in Mexico, with a primary focus on stabilized income-producing properties.
