Davis Polk represented the management of Institutional Shareholder Services Inc., including Gary Retelny, CEO, in connection with the acquisition of a majority share of approximately 81% in ISS by Deutsche Börse AG, which valued the company at $2.275 billion, and the creation of a management investment entity structure.
