Paula A. Ryan
Paula is head of our Trusts & Estates practice. She focuses on estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, including individuals with multinational contacts. She has extensive experience advising individuals and financial institutions in connection with the administration of complex estates and trusts, including in tax planning and tax controversies.
Paula also counsels individuals in connection with a broad range of personal and financial matters, including charitable giving, the creation and operation of private foundations, and the management and disposition of art and other collectibles.
In her pro bono practice, she has advised not-for-profit organizations, including arts organizations, education organizations and scholarship funds.
