We advised Clarivate on the tender offer

Davis Polk advised Clarivate Plc in connection with a tender offer by Clarivate Science Holdings Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Clarivate, to purchase up to $75 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 3.875% senior secured notes due 2028.

Clarivate is a multinational company that owns and operates a collection of subscription-based services focused largely on analytics, including scientific and academic research, patent analytics, regulatory standards, trademark protection, pharmaceutical and biotechnology intelligence, domain brand protection and intellectual property management.
