We are advising Campbell Soup on the sale

Davis Polk is advising Campbell Soup Company on its sale of Noosa Yoghurt, LLC to Lakeview Farms, LLC. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals, and is expected to close in the first quarter of calendar year 2025. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
