We are advising Brookfield on the transaction

Davis Polk is advising Brookfield Capital Partners LLC, through its flagship private equity strategy, on its approximately $2.8 billion acquisition of Reliance Worldwide Corporation Limited (RWC). Under the terms of the transaction, Brookfield will acquire 100% of RWC’s ordinary shares for $3.38 per share in cash. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to customary closing conditions.
