Meir’s practice focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits matters in private equity and other corporate transactions, including public and private M&A and IPOs. He regularly advises on the design, negotiation and operation of equity and other compensation programs for public and private companies, including portfolio companies, and their agreements with senior management and other key employees. He also represents management groups and individual executives.
