Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the $90 million SEC-registered offering by certain selling shareholders of Aveanna Healthcare Holdings Inc. of 10,000,000 shares of Aveanna’s common stock. Aveanna is traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “AVAH.”
