ANE privatization and delisting
We advised ANE on its privatization and delisting by way of a scheme of arrangement
Davis Polk advised ANE (Cayman) Inc. on its privatization and delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of a scheme of arrangement under section 86 of the Companies Act. The delisting proposal, which was put forward by a consortium comprising Centurium Capital, Temasek and True Light Capital, valued ANE at approximately HK$14.3 billion.
ANE is one of China’s largest less-than-truckload freight network operators, offering express services including transportation, value-added services and delivery to both e-commerce and industrial clients. Davis Polk previously advised ANE on its IPO and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in November 2021.
