Alphabet £5.5 billion debut sterling notes offering
We advised the global coordinators and book-running managers on the offering
Davis Polk advised the joint global coordinators and joint book-running managers, as well as Barclays Bank PLC, HSBC Bank plc and NatWest Markets Plc as joint book-running managers, on an SEC-registered debt offering by Alphabet Inc., consisting of £750 million of 4.125% notes due 2029, £1.25 billion of 4.625% notes due 2032, £1.25 billion of 5.500% notes due 2041, £1.25 billion of 5.875% notes due 2058 and £1 billion of 6.125% notes due 2126.
Alphabet is a collection of businesses, the largest of which is Google.
