Davis Polk Environmental Group co-head Betty Moy Huber will be among the speakers at the New York City Bar’s CLE program, “How Climate Change Will Affect Non-Environmental Law Practice.” The program is sponsored by the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association and Columbia Law School’s Sabin Center for Climate Change. Huber will discuss the impact of climate change on business transactions, SEC and other disclosure and reporting, shareholder proposals and investor engagement.
