Davis Polk partner Jonah Peppiatt was named to the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2026 “40 Under 40” list. The award recognizes the top 40 insolvency industry professionals under the age of 40.

ABI’s “40 Under 40” list was announced on October 13, 2026. The honorees will be recognized at ABI’s 2026 Winter Leadership Conference on December 4, 2026.
