On October 16, 2025, Davis Polk partner and head of international restructuring Tim Graulich and partner Eli Vonnegut will be among the speakers at “GRR Live: Restructuring in the Americas.”

Tim will co-chair the program and give opening remarks.

Eli will speak on the “Third-party Releases Under Scrutiny: Evolving Standards Across the Americas” panel. Topics discussed will include judicial trends and recent rulings on third-party releases in the U.S. and Europe, comparative approaches across Canada and Latin America jurisdictions, legal and ethical considerations for non-debtor protections and implications for cross-border recognition and enforcement.
