On December 3, 2025, Davis Polk partner and head of international restructuring Tim Graulich and partner Eli Vonnegut will be among the speakers at the 2025 Distressed Investing Conference.

Tim will speak on the “Cross Border is Wide Open” panel. Topics discussed will include recent international cases, recognition challenges, debtor and creditor strategies and the evolving role of chapter 15 in today’s global restructuring landscape. 

Eli will moderate the “Liability Management Exercises – Exhausting the Options” panel. Topics discussed will include case law developments, the evolution of cooperation agreements and other blocking strategies and the latest tactics that are reshaping the credit landscape such as uptiering, exchange offers, creative amendments and buybacks.
