On October 6 and 7, Davis Polk partners Sidney Bashago and Tatiana Martins will be among the speakers at the Fourth Annual American Conference Institute’s Women in AML & Sanctions Forum. 

Sidney will speak on the “Leading the modern workforce: How generational shifts are reshaping the workplace and adapting leadership styles for the next generation of professionals” panel. Topics discussed will include how younger professionals approach workplace culture and expectations; navigating common generational tensions and misconceptions in high-pressure compliance and legal environments; strategies for managing talent across multiple generations; and leveraging generational diversity.

Tatiana will lead the “Sustaining high performance throughout your career: Managing burnout, boundaries and career longevity” small breakout group discussion.
