Marshall Huebner and Damian Schaible speak at JPM’s High Yield & Leveraged Finance Conference
On March 6, 2023, Davis Polk partners and Restructuring practice co-heads Marshall Huebner and Damian Schaible will be among the speakers at J.P. Morgan’s 2023 Global High Yield & Leveraged Finance Conference. Marshall and Damian will speak on the “Distressed Legal Panel.” Topics discussed will include creditor versus creditor situations, out-of-court restructurings and the factors that lend themselves to out-of-court versus in-court restructurings.
