Davis Polk partner Jesse Solomon will be among the speakers at the American Bar Association’s Antitrust in Healthcare Virtual Conference. The panel will discuss the antitrust implications of vertical healthcare deals, how helpful the DOJ/FTC Vertical Merger Guidelines will be in practice, and the extent to which the guidelines may facilitate vertical transactions going forward.
