Davis Polk partner David Portilla will testify before the House Financial Services Committee’s Subcommittee on Digital Assets, Financial Technology and Inclusion at a hearing entitled “Putting the ‘Stable’ in ‘Stablecoins:’ How Legislation Will Help Stablecoins Achieve Their Promise.” The hearing will discuss a proposed regulatory framework to address existing and potential risks of stablecoins.

The hearing will be held at 9:00 am ET on May 18, 2023, in Washington DC.
