Davis Polk partners Joe Hall and Zach Zweihorn will testify before separate panels of the U.S. House of Representatives exploring the regulatory path forward for digital assets.

Zach will speak before the Subcommittee on Digital Assets, Financial Technology and Inclusion of the House Financial Services Committee at a hearing on “The Future of Digital Assets: Identifying the Regulatory Gaps in Digital Asset Market Structure.” Joe will speak before the Subcommittee on Commodity Markets, Digital Assets, and Rural Development of the House Agriculture Committee at a hearing on “The Future of Digital Assets: Identifying the Regulatory Gaps in Spot Market Regulation.”

The hearings will be held at 2:00 pm ET on April 27, 2023, in Washington DC.
