On May 6 and 7, 2026, Davis Polk partner and Financial Institutions practice co-head David Portilla and partner Gabe Rosenberg will be among the speakers at Coindesk’s “Convergence: Consensus Miami 2026.” 

David will be among the speakers on the “Wealth Management Day,” where he will speak on the “Regulatory State of the Union for Digital Assets: The Time Has Come” panel. The conference’s “Wealth Management Day” brings together registered financial advisors and wealth managers to discuss navigating fiduciary risk and regulation and mastering client-facing communication around digital assets.  

Gabe will be among the speakers on the “Policy and Regulation Summit,” where he will speak on the “States’ Approach to Regulating Crypto” panel. The panel will highlight states producing their own rules to regulate the crypto sector while navigating evolving federal rules.
