Seven Davis Polk deals selected as China Business Law Journal 2025 “Deals of the Year”
China Business Law Journal’s 2025 “Deals of the Year” include seven Davis Polk transactions:
- Equity Capital Markets Deal: Pony AI dual primary listing on Nasdaq and HKEX
- Equity Capital Markets Deal: Chagee $411.2m IPO
- Equity Capital Markets Deal: Geekplus HK$2.7bn IPO and HKEX listing
- Equity Capital Markets Deal: Mixue HK$3.45 billion IPO
- Equity Capital Markets Deal: ZEEKR privatization
- Debt Capital Markets Deal: Baidu CNY10 billion notes offering
- Intellectual Property Deal: GSK agreements with Hengrui Pharma
The winning deals were chosen based on a number of factors, including deal size, industry impact, structural innovation, judicial precedent setting and social contribution.
The “Deals of the Year” list was announced on March 4, 2026.
