We advised Pony AI on its dual primary listing on HKEX

Davis Polk advised Pony AI Inc. in connection with dual primary listing in reliance on Regulation S on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The gross proceeds of the offering were approximately HK$6.71 billion. Davis Polk also advised Pony AI on its $413 million IPO and NASDAQ listing in November 2024.

Pony AI is a leader in achieving large-scale commercialization of autonomous mobility. Founded in 2016, Pony AI has expanded its presence across China, Europe, East Asia, the Middle East and other regions, paving the way for widespread accessibility to its advanced technology.
