Davis Polk partner and Restructuring practice co-head Marshall Huebner and partner Elliot Moskowitz were named to Turnaround & Workouts’ 2025 “Outstanding Restructuring Lawyers” list. The recognition honors attorneys who handled the most significant and prominent restructuring matters of the past year.

Marshall was recognized for his work on matters such as Purdue Pharma, Silicon Valley Bank and Spirit Airlines.

Elliot was recognized for his work on matters including Digital Currency Group, Lumen, Mitel, Natura, Silicon Valley Bank and Wesco.
