Davis Polk honored at the 2026 ALB China Law Awards and named “International Deal Firm of the Year”
Davis Polk was honored in four categories at the 2026 ALB China Law Awards, including the inaugural “International Deal Firm of the Year.” The awards recognize the exceptional achievements of leading law firms, private practitioners and in-house teams in the Chinese legal market.
The firm was recognized in the following categories:
- International Deal Firm of the Year
- Dealmaker of the Year – International: Li He
- Equity Market Deal of the Year (Midsize):Pony AI HK$6.71 billion dual primary listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
- M&A Deal of the Year (Premium): Geely Auto acquisition of ZEEKR
The awards were presented on April 16, 2026, in Beijing.
