We advised Zeekr Group on the transaction

Davis Polk advised ZEEKR Intelligent Technology Holding Limited (Zeekr Group) in connection with the going-private acquisition of Zeekr Group by Geely Automobile Holdings Limited, its parent company. The transaction closed in December 2025.

Zeekr Group, headquartered in Zhejiang, China, is the world’s leading premium new energy vehicle group from Geely Holding Group.

The Davis Polk corporate team included partners Li He, Miranda So, Ran Li and Lijun (Annie) Yan and counsel – registered foreign lawyers Xin (Sheen) Xu and Jie Zhang. Members of the Davis Polk team are based in the Hong Kong and Beijing offices.
