Mr. Liang is an associate in Davis Polk's Financial Institutions Group. He advises U.S. and non-U.S. financial institutions on a variety of financial regulatory matters, including advice related to regulatory enforcement actions, financial regulatory reform, the Bank Holding Company Act, corporate governance, data privacy and cybersecurity. His practice also includes providing regulatory advice on M&A transactions and disclosure obligations. He has completed a rotation in the Investment Management Group.
