We advised the underwriters on the offering

Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters in connection with the offering by Global Payments Inc. of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.550% notes due 2028 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.400% notes due 2033. The proceeds are to be used for the refinancing of certain of Global Payments’ outstanding indebtedness.
