Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering by Weyerhaeuser Company of $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.00% senior notes due 2029.

Weyerhaeuser Company is a real estate investment trust (REIT) and one of the world’s largest private owners of timberland by acreage.  It is also one of North America’s largest manufacturers of wood products and primarily supplies the residential, multi-family, industrial, light commercial and repair and remodel markets.
